Hi, u can use a bra for support. I personally found that wearing bra after my delivery was very helpful for me in supporting the heavy breasts, also to keep the breast pads in place. U can go for maternity/feeding bras, I however switched to sleep bras from jockey, they were comfortable for all day use and easy to feed as well. I had 2 nursing bras too, and they were also good. For belly, there are belts available, however I haven't used one so can't really guide over this. Tagging other moms for help.

Hii shwetha, you can surely wear bra. And in fact you should wear else breasts will sag.
Also wearing belt wont help you much with getting tummy back in shape. It only helps with back support and stitches support which will help you with pains. Also it can prevent conditions like hernia which is very common after delivery. You can wear belt if you wish to. I started using just after a week of c section delivery.

Hi Shwetha....a good quality nursing bra is very good ... I personally have used from the brand enamor...use a cotton one ..buy one size bigger than u won't have issues when u feel fuller... It not only offers support but also reduces engorgement pain...belt I would suggest you wait until another week if you had a normal delivery...use cotton bras....wash en up regularly with mild detergent... Do not use antiseptic liquid rather if u do then make sure your rinse it well n dry it in a good slightly warm sunny area
