9 weeks running with my 1st baby, plz give me a proper diet chart & give me some suggestions like what to do what to not



Drink lots of water atleast 2- 3 ltrs per day.
Avoid oily, spicy food. always have fresh home made foods
Include vegetables, fruits , nuts in ur diet.
Avoid pineapple, papaya.
Have small small meals.
stay healthy, 

agree with merlin try to get lite diet like veg. daliya, upma, poha, oats,idli,  cornflex with milk, light home made soups, fruits saled, vegitable and sprouts saleds,main thing coconut water n coconuts , small meals and eat atleat 5 times in day if possible.. eat peanut saled or rosted peanut, roasted makhana, also have daal in your daily routin, milk products are most important, whatever you like, dahi, buttermilk, paneer cheese, shrikhand, be healty best wishesh...
