I am in my 4th month post natal, I am suffering from lots of gas problem.. I thought it would disappear after baby's delivery but it got worse than before, I am not being able to control my gas passage, it becomes really embarrassing some times, please suggest

If you are taking any of the Ayurvedic medicines for increased milk supply then chances of your being gassy are high. Also focus on what foods you are eating and try and balance your meals like eat dals with a vegetable or with chole surely have a salad as a side dish. You may want to reduce milk intake and switch to curds instead for a short time till your digestive tract settles down.
