Hi. I am a mother of twins too. Let me first ask you, how do you give both formula and breast milk? Do you give both by bottle?
Supriya Medakkar
Charu Sareen Gujjal(TheMomSagas) I use bottle for formula. Yesterday I tried giving bm by bottle and she took it without any fuss

She may be suffering from nipple confusion. My daughter too in-between refused my feed and took only from bottle. Kids take time to adjust. If she is taking bm from bottle then continue doing that. Meanwhile keep offering directly from breast too. Sooner or later she will latch again.

Charu Sareen Gujjal(TheMomSagas) she is not having any problem with breast milk. The issue is with formula milk. She suddenly started disliking formula milk. As I don't have much milk she is starving.

Charu Sareen Gujjal(TheMomSagas) she need help to manage breast milk supply adequate for two...I think with lil guidance it is possible as my gynecologist and pediatric both says a mother is always enough for her baby or babies....

Ok. I get it now. Supriya Medakkar the best way to increase breast milk is to feed often. The more you feed the more you produce. Also you can have satavari powder in milk. If she is not taking formula for the time being, don't force her. Offer breast milk more. You can even try mixing equal portions of breast milk and formula in a bottle. My doc once advised me to do this. And my girl had it too. But I would suggest you to ask your doc once about it. The baby won't starve. If the child is wetting 6 to 8 nappies in a day, that means her milk intake is sufficient.
