hi I am 22 week pregnant.. I am trying to sleep on my left side .. but it's getting a little difficult .. past few days I wake up at night around 3ish and not able to sleep for the next 2-3 hours.. I don't feel fresh in morning.. please guide

Even i have d same problem..  Exactly same.. N during the day.. I feel sleepy but cant sleep due to  office.. As of now nothing worked..  Let me know if u find anything which helps

this is normal. try to sleep on sides. though to sleep on left side is good but you can sleep on right side as well. also dont drink water before going to sleep. use pillows below your belly to feel comfortable. put your feet on pillows to relax your feets in the night.

same here.....I am also 22 week pregnant....it is totally normal....so don't worry

try using c shaped maternity pillow. its aids in geeting a good sleep
