hi. first of all take a deep breathe. its going to be ok. take the baby in another room and ensure the room is completely clean. also you may wanna go digital for thermometer

Hey dont worry Aarti.
What kind of thermometer was it?
Potentially harmful effects from broken thermometers vary depending on the type of thermometer. The most concerning are mercury-containing thermometers. The least concerning are the digital/electronic thermometers because they contain no potentially hazardous liquids that can spill if broken.
Secondly take your baby to another room so there is no potential hazard to him / her.
Thirdly, immediately clean the mercury. Don't use broom or vaccum cleaner. Do you plan to all do it yourself? Or call a professional?

Also ensure you discard mercury very very carefully. You obviously do not want someone else to get affected too. Put all items in trash bag that came in contact. Contact local health services to find out how to discard. It shouldn't obviously go in regular trash as it is hazardous.
If possible, open a window and use a fan to ventilate the area to the outdoors for 24-48 hours before resuming normal use.

U can check remaining beads through flashlight.. It will locate the ones at angles or corners.
