Hey khushi its normal, its due to hormones. It will get better by 4 months. Try to drink lots of water and avoid heavy meals

It is normal as your hormones are still settling. Have small meals and have dry carbs like toast or roti every couple of hours in small bite sizes.

you must wake up  in the morning and eat a pinch of salt or a salted biscuit first thing in the morning and remain in bed for 15 mins with your eyes shut.  and then begin your day. it shoukd really help 😊
