Hi am Mother of six month old boy..I have put in lot of weight..I want to still breastfeeding my boy..pls give me a diet chart to reduce weight and get in shape..

Diet charts are generally very customised due to individual needs and lifestyle. However some general suggestions would be to avoid fried foods, desserts and other sweets, cut back on items like potato footage cheese, use skimmed milk and eat a balanced diet. It is also important to exercise as diet alone does not help in weight loss.
