hi before delivery I was fitting into only xxxl after 5 months of post c section  delivery...medium size kurthas fits...which I am happy...but tummy is there not flat at tyres I feel. ..Please tell what to do

after 6 months,  start with light walks and gradually if ur body feels ok, start workouts. join gym or at home itself. tummy will not get flat on its own. clean eating and workout combined are the 2 ways to reduce it
