Use lots and lots of pillows. One under neck, one under legs, one to support back, one on each side to support shoulder when you sleep left/right side. You can also use maternity pillow, it is a very long pillow which can be bend according to body shape and requirement. Also start doing exercises for hips, back, knee, shoulder, neck, and some breathing exercises. If you don't know about the exercises then join antenatal classes.

it is common during pregnancy.. along with above tips make sure to have supplements regularly which includes calcium too.. if not talk to your doctor asap..

Hey it's quite common during pregnancy as baby takes lots of room. You just take care of your posture while sleeping. Be at the best comfortable position. Enjoy
