She doesn't eat vegetables because we put at least 1 to 3 green chillies in veggies. even if I dont put chillies she still doesnt eat veggies. she denies to eat almost everything that we offer sometimes even chocolates 🙄 what is this? hiw to deal with it? pls help me moms and doctors. thanks!

and she takes full 1 hour to finish a bowl

today in the breakfast she was hungry so I gave her a roti on which i had applied a little mustard oil and salt but she threw the whole roti and didn't eat anything

It's normal for babies to take ab hour to finish a bowl. Offer anything with spices and chillies adjusted as baby is not habituated to it. Khane k time ko family time bnao aap. Self feeding encourage karo. Baby is active so don't worry much.

Hi she is 2 plus years which means she can understand everything. Take care to the market , ask her to select vegetables and you get excited about the vegetables. At home you make her clean vegetables, ask her to cut with plastic or butter knife and cook that vegetables for her. Reduce the chilli for her, serve her and appreciate when you eat. If she does not like roti with mustard oil dont give, offer ghee. Encourage self feeding, eat along with her.
