Hi. I am in 13th week now and facing major heatburn, especially starting from evening. I cant take cold milk or icecream to soothe my heatburn as i have sinus. I am very upset because of this problem, can anyone pls suggest me something.

Try small meals dry toast crackers or small pieces of dry roti at regular intervals. At the same time avoid spicy and oily food. Identify which foods cause the issue and for a few weeks avoid them. For some moms foods with high protein can be difficult to digest so have small portions.
