I have 11week pregnancy,, I feel always weakness and back pain, leg pain, also sleeping always.

it happens.. first trimester is full of laziness, lethargy , nausea..

it's pretty normal... I use to sleep every 2 hours during my 1st it's ok relax and take rest ..

It happens dear. almost full 3 months u may feel this. Take enough rest , don't sit or stand for long tym.
have small walks in between. Take lots of fluids.
For leg pain u can take support of pillows while laying down and keep ur legs in elevated position.
U can take help of hot water bags, pain relieving sprays etc

quite common in pregnancy. initially you feel like sleeping more and tiredness all the day. its gud if you are taking enough rest. elevate your legs while sleeping with pillows and use foot rest while sitting. hope this will help you

discuss with your doctor...get up early, excercise, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and have lot of fluids, avoid heavy meals to keep you active and fresh... you should visit physiotherapist for excercises and pains

I want to know how much time after baby started do moment how many time in a day. I don't feel any activity per day, I felt only twice not daily.

it happens dear you take rest and have proper food..u will feel baby movements between 18-23 weeks..
