I feel nauseated and gassy whole day. Can't eat anything properly. Can't sleep in one position. Can someone please suggest how to relax.

Hi Many congratulations on your pregnancy. It will be little difficult till 13 weeks after that you will feel better. Boil ajwain in water and keep sipping it often. It helps a lot.
