I am 8 th week pregnant I am not drinking milk. Because vomitings feeling. And I am eating fruits and wall nuts. Milk is it very important in pregnancy please answer me



Hi Bala, I had faced similar problem , it's ok if you can't have milk as of now, try having other options like paneer, cheese, makhana, they are all loaded with calcium. also once you complete 3 months try having cold milk, with rose syrup. it worked for me, I could have cold milk with rose syrup and it subsided my pukey feeling too.

It's ok if you don't have milk. As suggested by Priya try eating other calcium rich foods like curds, chaas, paneer. also include sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds in your diet. you can have soup with little milk added to it for flavour.

other options lyk fruit milkshakes,pudding,kheer can also be tried
