N a gentle massage is alwaz good :)

thanx for ur response....

It's just her 10th week and if she is not getting sleep it will be worse in upcoming weeks, So please ask her to lie down and close her eyes though she doesn't get sleep, no mobile phones while sleeping,  also keep your room light dim by 7 pm it helps a lot.

Use pillows on the back to avoid Pains.. It helps a bit.

Try to use lots of soft pillows for neck, shoulder, legs and back. Make her walk for 10 min after every meal. She can also drinl warm milk before sleeping.

hey there is nothing worry. ask her not to worry. tell her not to take stress. for back pain and neck pain, ask her to join antenatal classes if her doctor allows her. she can use soft pillows for neck pain. ask her to avoid drinking any liquid at night to avoid disturbance in sleep.

it's normal...she should discuss the pains with her gynecologist as it's early for pains and you guys can visit physiotherapist if required...I used to sleep 2-3 hours only in first trimester...

No there is nothing to worry.  It happens  in pregnancy  often.  U just take care of her and ask her to take pillow  i  between  thigh  and back it'll give  support  to her  back and legs. And add milk and fruits in her diet.

hi if your wife doesn't have any serious issue then she can try light yoga which is helpful for back pain and sleep less night is common.nothing to worry.

ask her to read some good books n listen to good music... its helping me a lot

Please don't panic about this. You will have to be strong and cheer up your wife.sleepless nights are common during pregnancy.Taking shower with warm water, walking, drinking warm milk, listening to calm music and a dark room might help.
