This was my 32nd week ..My doctor advised to reduce weight which increased 5 kg in a month..please suggest some ideas or measures to correct it.

Drink more water, eat healthy foods veggies and fruits, do walking..

Hi I dont know why your gynecologist advised that but loosing weight in pregnancy is not good for the baby. Stick to homemade foods and avoid eating out.
