Hello mummies..m 14 week pregnant..i had delivered my 1st baby girls before 2 yr..last Sunday i went for my 2nd sonography..as doctors said in report my placenta is low..doc advise me to take rest..m working women..so i take leave nw but i m so tensed which type of care should i do in this case..i feel pressure on my vagina..can't walk and stand to much..m attaching my report..plz help me..



Take proper bed rest,only washroom or daily routine.put pillow under ur thigh area while sleeping or sitting dnt lift anything heavy not evn kitchen pressure cooker.

Do not worry it will move up but you need to rest if you do not rest at all you will see bleeding complete bed rest means you just need to stand up only when you want to go to bathroom that's it most of the time sleep on your left side change sides if you feel that left is getting numb
