Hey... Have good servings of vegetables and fruits daily and also try using Mothers Horlicks !! I used to drink that and am still continuing it as it is also good for breast feeding moms as well.

Hello dear! You must consume lots of green vegetables and legumes. But if you have pregnancy-related nausea or don’t have enough of an appetite, some kinds of protein powders may temporarily help fill the nutrition gap. I take Mother’s horlicks. Best for Pregnant woman.

You can try dry fruits in morning which helps a lot as well as balanced diet... Apart from that I took mothers horlicks like vidya and akansha which helped me to gain immunity

Try eating eggs and meat.
