I have lots of acidity problem. Sometimes i feel breathless ness.

Take cold milk at night everyday..
Drink lots of water and other fluids as much as possible..
Always prefer home made, fresh n healthy recipes..
Avoid fast food, spicy n oily foods, soft drinks, tea etc.
Dont take much food in one time..take little portion of foods 3 to 4 times..
if facing too much, ask your gynacologist for medicines ..take care..

Hi take small frequent meals, avoid eating spicy foods. Mix 1 tsp of gulkand in 1 glass of milk every night.
