my son is almost 3months 10 days old. my breastmilk supply is reducing drastically. he was not exclusively breastfed however.
i now badly want to exclusively breastfeed him.
wat to do.?

The two things which help to increase milk supply are frequent feeding and stress free moms. Please try and latch baby on often. If not express and feed the expressed breast milk. Try and avoid the use of the bottle as baby tends to get relaxed and does not suckle enough at the breast. Think positive as stressing will only reduce the supply. You have to remember that you are doing many more things as a mom and not just feeding.
