6 months post delivery and I am not loosing pregnancy weight..please help

Good morning Shaweta, it takes nine months to make a baby. A woman's body goes through a lot of changes during this period. It takes as much time to loose weight. If you are Breastfeeding it's not advisable to make drastic changes in your diet. However you can do the following:
1. Go for a brisk walk every day for atleast 30-40 minutes. You can put your baby in a stroller and take her along too.
2. Avoid fried foods
3. Avoid or reduce sugar
4. Eat fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, jowar/bajra rotis / unpolished rice, proteins like paneer, green moong, egg, chicken, fish, seeds and nuts
5. Apart from walking you can start Postnatal exercises to strengthen your core.

Be patient, your body needs time. Exercise and a good Nutritious diet will help you reduce your Pregnancy weight gain.
