Requesting you to let me know what should I do ?
Is there any medicines ?

During pregnancy please consult your gynecologist for medications
In diet you can include bananas, veggies n greens to increase roughage and soothe your tummy. Drink more water n juices

Yes, many experience constipation issues especially in pregnancy. It is very important to take more fluids and water Intake. Even coconut water is good. Eating bananas has helped me a lot in this. Try to avoid spicy food, eat small meals in every 2hrs

Thanks Nazeema & Shyama

I had it initially try warm water . it will help

constipation is due to the iron tablets u are taking...you drink plenty of water and consult your gynaec for medications and ask can you take iron tablets on alternate days

my gynaec suggested me to tk on alternate days

Chronic constipation does get aggravated during pregnancy. This is due to hormonal changes as well as the iron medications. Please ask your doctor to give you an iron supplement which has a laxative as a combination. Additionally it is also advisable to use a mild laxative or take Isabgol every night to ensure smooth passing of motions. Constipation can result in giving too much pressure as well as also piles which can then be painful.

Try milk with dates in nite

I take creamafene laxative liquid syrup at night 2-3 spoon
