A balanced diet is very important especially during pregnancy. You may not feel very hungry or may have food aversions in the first trimester but don't worry. This is normal. Eat small portions and aim at eating healthy. If you are able to eat normal food then for fruits and vegetables would suggest a rainbow diet. Which means have as many colors as possible which are available fresh in that season. So for eg winter means strawberries and apples and summers means mangoes and melons. Choose seasonal options.
