my baby will be 6 months soon n on breastfeed. How should I clean his mouth?

after feed give water and either wipe it with ur hand or cloth

You do not need to clean the mouth of the baby is on breast feed only and if the baby does not have teeth. Mouth cleaning begins when the first tooth appears or when the baby starts solids whichever is earlier. To clean the mouth you can use your clean finger or cover the finger with a sterile cloth or use a sterilised finger glove available in baby shops and wipe the gums, tongue and the palates. It should take a few seconds. No toothpaste needed.

Hi Jaya. I never cleaned the inside of baby's mouth. But as the expert mentioned I wiped his teeth

Yes important to wipe as these days we notice tooth decay in small children very often due to lack of hygiene post teeth sprout
