First foods can be mashed fruits or steamed and mashed vegetables. Some options are banana chikoo papaya potato beetroot carrots etc. Give one at a time. Give only a couple of spoons as a taster once a day. Keep a gap of a few days before trying something new. a few sips of water can be tried. I would suggest meeting a child nutrition counselor or your doctor for a weaning plan.
