hello friends..m kritika..now i m 23 weeks pregnent..mujhe back and hip pain bht zyada..what can i do??mujhme calcium ki kami h..dr. ne milk lene ko bola h nd mai kayi month se regularly doodh pee rhi hu..firbhi pain kam nhi ho rha..m scared..Is everything alright??mujhme blood 10.5 h..Is it very low??and paani ki bhi kami h..☹☹☹

Kritika as the baby grows and uterus explands back pain and hip pain will also get worse, Hope your sitting position is good, Ask someone to give you massage and have nice hot water bath all this can give you relief.

it is common,,, to have severe back pain and hip pain.. aap milk ke saat paneer tofu nuts  cheese soya veggies and fruits bhi khayiye... and massage helps lot in this condition..

use momplan powder with milk my doctor has prescribed me last week due to heamoglobin defeciency

Aapko jis position mein comfortable lag raha hai waise baitho. Antenatal class join kar lo, waha apko hip and back ki exercise batayenge. Wo exercise karne se pain mein relief milega.
