Q:

I have stopped breastfeeding completely for more than a month now. However, I still find my right breast a little heavy and big than the left one. Also when squeezed, I get some milk from the right breast. During and after my period I have noticed a muscular pain like feeling too in the right breast. I do self examine my breast regularly. Just wanted to know is this normal? How long does it take for the milk to dry completely? I dont want to think negative. Just worried with all negative thoughts. Please help

Don't worry.. it's normal.. keep expressing , gradually it will stop.. little pain is normal.. stay hydrated. Stay positive..if any doubts go for a physical examination.. it will give you peace of mind.. not to worry..

Hi its better to consult your gynecologist and check thoroughly, at times milk duct infection will be there.

Best is consult with your gynecologist. She will help you out for this

Dont worry,if you feel the milk, you can Express it out while having bath.
