It is natural to feel a little upset and also look for answers. Most often as moms we blame ourselves and try to find fault with ourselves for anything that happens. Sadly even people around us tend to do this. About 26℅ of pregnancies are lost in the first trimester due to formation issues. These are genetic issues and if there is an abnormality the body instinctively does not allow the pregnancy to progress. This has no cause and surely not your fault. If it was a spontaneous miscarriage and no procedure was used to clear the uterus then you can plan any time. However if a D and C was done then you may be asked to wait for three to six months before conceiving again.
