Walking is the best exercise during pregnancy. If yours
is not a high risk pregnancy, you can go for pranayams, but only after consulting your doc. Watch some pranayam videos on YouTube.You will get to know which ones are to practised during pregnancy nd which ones are to be avoided.

dont worry it will come down when u get pain. if are you activat whole pregnancy months chance are there . do meditation.
if you want u can try medium hot milk with a spoon of home made ghee in early morning , it helps I heard so but not sure. Rest all leave it to nature/ God
