If baby is on exclusive breast feed then not pooping for a few days is fairly normal. However since baby appears uncomfortable you can try doing a gentle abdominal massage, holding the baby is warm water and also gently pressing the baby's thighs into the stomach a few times in a cycling motion. Infant suppositories are available but they should be used as a last resort.
