my baby is 5 months now and she doesn't sleep without swaddling. Is it OK to continue swaddling as she has recently started rolling.?

yes rolling when awake ...but can't unswaddle if she's slept...she's a poor sleeper.
yes she is exclusively breastfed.

regarding her diet...it is going to change as she is growing...her needs r changing..so it's completely fine. 1 query...does she go off to sleep while feed

1 possible reason could be her tummy is not getting full while feeding and so she gets up more often... sleeping while feeding is absolutely normal

It's OK to continue swaddling if the baby is comfortable. Swaddle loosely so that baby gets habituated to sleeping without the swaddle. It is possible that your little one is teething and this could cause discomfort and cause her to awaken frequently at night.

dear Nida , swaddling a 5 month is is not required but u can use a sleep bag. she might be growing up so make sure she is not napping too much in day . as they grow they need less sleep in day and more at night .

Hi Nida...swaddle her when she wants to sleep and you can remove it when she goes off to sleep...it's fine to swaddle even if she has started rolling. she must be rolling when she is awake..right?
