Try to avoid doing such activities.

pls avoid doing any activity which results in lifting/pushing/moving weights and applying pressure around tummy region. pocha lagane se pet par kafi zor lagega

agree with Priya Iyer ... active n healthy life style is necessary during pregnancy but first three months are very crucial so be careful before doing such activities... doctor see puchke Lena jaroori hai

please avoid pochha now. are u used to doing it? first 3 months be a little careful

agree with all..u can use mop..if its comfortable to u..otherwise no..listen to ur body nd do only that type of work in which u feel good

Sweeping thik hai...wo kar skte ho... But pocha mat kro.

Hi komal..  Avoid for d first 3 months..  Aftr 3 months my doc had asked me to do sweepin n mopping in d form of exercise.. Jus make sure u r not givin muc pressure on ur belly..

Do it if you are used to it...dont start a new activity which your body is not used to
