International school means more fees than regular school. they too have CBSE, ICSE and some have IB syllabus. 1. CBSE: Central Board of Secondary Education
2. CISCE: Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE)
3. IB: International Baccalaureate
4. IGCSE: International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Cambridge University
5. State Board:State Government Recognized Board. IB is Switzerland based...and  with international recognition. IGCSE is recognised by Cambridge. Both IB and IGCSE have high fee and it's internationally recognised. If kids want to study abroad then...this syllabus will be good. CBSE and ICSE are not recognised on international platform. And syllabus are very different from local syllabus.

thanks Roopashree Siddireddy

i think roopa has covered it all :)
