protien powder is very hard to take in the starting, but you will develop habit of having it soon. Try to include less protien in milk and then drink. And then slowly slowly increase the protien powder. That is what I did in my case as I am 31 weeks pregnant now and drinking milk with protien powder twice a day without any vomit sensation.

You can start with drinking only milk. And in a few days add a small portion. By the time you reach week 16 you will get habituated. The maximum requirement of protein is post week 20 so you will be well in time.

thanku so much ma'am.... one more question ma'am.. I eat first 2 dates some raisins , an apple and then milk... in the morning at 9 a.m ... is it right first meal for the morning? ya fr mujhe kuch change Krna chahye

You can try to increase protein rich diet. Mother horlicks comes with different flavors that has good taste. U can try that
