haan koi harm nahi hai. ek toh make sure.. ki oats ache se pak chuke ho. dusra thoda sa khila ke wait karo. observe karo ki usko digest hora hai ya koi allergies toh nahi hai.
aap apple puree mein bhi oats bana sakte ho. par dhayaan rahe ki oats mein kaafi iron hota hai, toh calcium waali chijo ke sath usko avoid karein
