hi,am in 34th week.night times i m feeling vry difficult to sleep.i start sleeping to my left but midnight i realise i turned out to b sleeping on straight/lil bit inclined.as soon as i turn to my left after tat my baby moves.i feel sad if my baby is feeling uncomfortable.does this has bad impact on my baby?but i sleep straight unknowingly😣Dr. Shilpitha ShanthappaDr Payal

nothing to worry for that... it will not cause any problem.. if you are facing difficulties while sleeping then use soft pillows and cushions to support yourself.. otherwise dont worry

hi dear, sleeping straight does not affect baby, pregnant ladies are asked to sleep straight so as to not cut off blood supply as uterus may put weight on a major vein carrying blood to heart... keep pillows at your back, so that you don't turn to your back... i used to frame myself in between pillows to "train" myself to sleep straight
