Hi All, i am feeling a bit heavyness and blockiness in chest especially after a meal. i am in 13th week.. what could be the reason ?


may b ate in hurry so eat slowly n chew properly..keep hydrated.. drink water.. if still gastric or vomiting sensation drink cold milk.

It's normal to feel a little bloated and heavy due to hormonal changes. Eat small meals and eat light. Walk or stay in an upright position post meal for fifteen to twenty minutes.
