hi! m pratichi ..m 2 week pregnant..what should be diet plan at this time?

Prachi congrats! Check out various articles on diet for pregnant women under "learn" section here on Babychakra!

For iron calcium have beetroot salad/soup, banana, groundnut chikki, badam, black raisins(soaked overnight in water)If possible have all veggies....these are a must...

is it ok to have chikkis in pregnancy? I have heart that Jaggery induces heat and is not good in pregnancy. please guide.

Starting from 3rd month, I had chikkis quite frequently(not everyday). I suggest u take expert/ur doc advice if u r in doubt.

take folic acid content fruits like kiwi, musambi,... also take pomegranate. Feel free hearing melody songs but don't put the mobile near to your stomach... enjoy your pregnancy. take care

avoid junk food n Chinese is completely NO

ok thanx....may I take Ginger tea?

Avoid papaya, pineapple, jaggery, processed food, junk food, too much spices, frequent tea or coffee etc ..
Take iron tablet with ferrous ascorbate salt and folic acid. Like Ferronia XT, no need to take Calcium for first trimester. Avoid to take medicines for the general symptoms of pregnancy except worst case.
Have a book 'what to expect' for ur queries.
Take food/froot/juice/milk(according to ur taste) frequently. Never over load urself with house/office work. Never ever lift things more than 3-4 Kg. Avoid extensive work out.
Learn to say NO for such things atleast for next 1.5 year.
Take dried Apricot, nuts, beetroots, kiwi fruit, water mellon, pomegranates, Dried Anzir, salad (do not take tomato and cucumbers together) .., green and leafy vegitables.
Wish you all the best and haapy pragnency.
