my baby is approaching his 4 month, as summers are coming.what can be the right time to expose him to sunlight please suggest . I want he never have deficiency of vitamin d. we leave in Raipur here in summers days are terribly hot.

It is difficult to avoid vitamin d deficiency as the body makes vitamin d when exposed to the ultraviolet rays of the sun. The maximum UVB rays are between eleven am to one pm and you need about fifteen minutes exposure to your bare skin. For a baby so young you have to be careful of heat stroke as well. So aim for eleven am and just a few minutes.
