It's best to avoid biscuits as they are sugar and saturated fats. Jaggery is also a form of sugar although healthier. You can give in a small quantity but it does contribute to developing a sweet tooth. You may want to focus on fruits vegetables grains and pulses in the weaning phase to develop the right tastes.
