1) control your sweet, fried and junk intake
2) small healthy meals at regular intervals
3) walk for at least 30 minutes (wearing your baby will make the walk more fun)
4) be happy and positive

thank. you had meet . will try green tea my baby is 18mnths so he just walk on his own , Nd problem is that I reach home by 9 after office so no time to walk .
