hello.. can you have apple cider vinegar after c-sec delivery and if you are not breastfeeding..

Yes you can. Are you looking at this as a weight loss option? Please remember that exercise is also important along with a balanced meal plan.

Hi Nisha. Here is what BabyChakra nutrition expert Nikhil Chaudhary has to say.

Apple cider vinegar is a very good thing and has many health benefits. The tolerability of ACV is a major concern and not everyone can tolerate it. Use ACV only if you can tolerate it and start with very very small quantities. Do not take it empty stomach. It can cause gastric irritation and GERD like symptoms.

Also, I would like to mention that though ACV is a good health food but it is not the only health food which can keep you healthy. Focus a lot more on raw/ semi raw vegetables which are the most healthy foods.

You can also add ACV in the water to rinse your vegetables to clean them off pesticides etc and eat them with the skin.

Try taking ACV slowly and then decide according to your body's tolerability.

is it ok if am taking vitamins.. calcium and iron
