I agree with Archana. Good diet and exercise is all we can do. Be active and follow a healthy diet. Also please discuss your interest in normal delivery with your gynecologist. You should be able to trust her judgement

Regular exercise healthy diet and positive frame of mind. These are most important components. Regular walking is a good form of exercise and so is a prenatal exercise class. If you have one in your area it will also help you connect with other moms which is a great experience.

yes.. regular exercise and good food will help. however it is also important to know, that should be mentally ready for what ever comes your way. sometimes c sections happen and be open minded about it. do your research but trust your doctor too.
