I also faced the same problem. got relief from kache bhune saunf with sugar. If it gets worse, doc has asked me to take 1 spoon digene syrup (only syrup) and it worked wonders for me.

It's a normal Pregnancy symptom. You need to watch what you eat as then you can identify what triggers it in your case. As a general rule eat small but multiple meals. Couple of things which help is a small shot of chilled milk. Also can try lemon with water a few times a day.
