Dear mam

I need your kind support and guidance.

Basically in year July 2019 i git baby by ceaserian method.

Today i came to know I'm again pregnant. Kindly suggest what to do to abort this pregnancy since health point of view not ok. At least there should be an interval of 2-3 years after ceaserian operation.

U can immediately talk to ur dr. What she says about it I mean how to abort.. May be she gives some tablets.. But u should discuss with ur dr. Immediately.

Yes you need to undergo abortion do not worry can ask doctor for ore mifikit it will depend upon the time you have not got your periods so like when have you got pregnant it's already over a month just let me know here
