Hello dr,

My baby is 8 days old today. my milk is not enough for baby because i have inverted nipples so i give him formula milk as well. Kindly suggest what things should i have to follow to take care of baby. And how can i increase my breast milk supply.i am eating daliya ,daal with cumin, papaya, water.

Take oats and barley Water. Your supply will increase tremendously

Hi even with inverted nipple you can give. Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.

Your 8 days baby needs a formula milk that is closest to breastmilk. My pediatrician had suggested me Aptamil since it contains Prebiotocs, that's present in bm. Also, try to give maximum bm. Please consult your doctor for the best formula.
