Q:

My lo is 8months old and wakes up every night 3-4times. I'm exhausted daytime due to lack of sleep and housework. My baby is breastfed and also able to give 2-3meal a day. I'm unable to manage time to feed her 4times meal, when i read babies are to be given 4meals at right time daily makes me feel extremely guilty. Am i slow/careless or is it normal with all mommies?

Hey don't worry... You are an awesome mom... Take care of yourself too... Hope you are giving solids too... At night give something heavy like rice khichdi or roti then the baby will wake up less.. if the growth of the baby is normal nothing to worry.. number of meals doesn't really matter if the diet is good and healthy .. moreover you said you are still breastfeeding.. which is good ...
