6 months poora hone k baad hi shuru karen khana. Aur 6 month me bas ek time hi dena hai. Aur 4-5 spoons bhi kaafi hai. Aap vegetables ko ubal ke mash kar k de skte hain. Ya fruits de skte hain jaise ki kela mash kar ke, apple ubal ke mash kar ke, mangoes mash kar ke etc...
Jo bhi chij aap dete hain dhayan rakhiye ki 3 din wahi den taaki bache ko adat bhi ho and ye bhi pta chal sake ki us khane se allergy nhi h bache ko.
Fir aap 7 months se 2 time khana de skte hain. And slowly khichdi, sooji, daliya ye sab shuru kar skte hain... Ek sal tak namak, chini, cow milk, honey na den.

Hi Dear! I started with stewes and sieved apple initially and then gradually added boiled carrots, pumpkin, grated banana, boiled pear. Just make sure that no lumps are there initially and almost after a month you can add ragi, roasted and boiled sooji or mashed rice to these fruits

3. Mashed banana or mango or better to make shake (half banana with milk to make puree)
4. Dalia 8-10 spoon chaan Kar
5. Dal water
6. Boiled vegetables puree chaan kar
