I have my back for the Paree pads wch I use. For heavy days I use prima xxl and for the normal bleeding days I use super ultra xxl. Works best for me as I have the rash issue with the other pads. So I feel it is breathable and dry throughout

If it's heavy flow choose a pad that is xxl and has broad back , i use Paree ultra thin xxl pads. They are super absorbent, soft , rash free too. This is very skin friendly and comfortable easy to discard as it has disposable covers
